Terms and Conditions of MYHDJAV.COM
By enrolling with MYHDJAV.COM service (the "Service"), you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). This agreement is subject to change by MYHDJAV.COM at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.
Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the Subscriber hereby authorizes the "Service" to charge subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.
Payment for the appropriate services will be handled by CCBill or Verotel. Recurring membership will automatically renew at the 1 month rate if not cancelled.
Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either MYHDJAV or the Subscriber upon notification. When termination is requested by a member. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of an username and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Remember your password! For security reasons, MYHDJAV.COM will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
Any liability of MYHDJAV.COM including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay inoperation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to MYHDJAV.COM for the preceding 12 months. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
No warranty is made by MYHDJAV.COM regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service, and MYHDJAV.COM and hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; 2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted and licensed by MYHDJAV.COM and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of MYHDJAV.COM, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.
The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.
The Service enables Subscribers to share information with other Subscribers. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement. All the content in MYHDJAV.COM is not user submitted and we have the right to monitor all subscribers' messages to make sure there are no violations/illegal content shared.
Subscribers agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other Subscribers to buy or sell any products or services through the Service without prior written consent. Subscribers are responsible for information they send, or display through the Service even if a claim should arise after termination of service.
Notices by MYHDJAV.COM to Subscribers may be given by electronic or conventional mail. Notices by Subscribers to MYHDJAV.COM may be given by electronic mail, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
No Child Pornography
You understand that all models appearing on this SITE are, and were at the time of all recorded images, at least 18 years of age, and that our SITE contains no child pornography. If you seek any form of child pornography, you must exit this SITE immediately. You acknowledge that all Materials on the SITE are protected by the Proxigence. We take a strong and definite stand against child pornography and only allow images and Materials that are protected by the Proxigence.
If you identify any images, real or simulated, depicting minors engaged in sexual activity within the SITE, please report the images to the SITE. Include with your report any appropriate evidence, including the date and time of identification. All reports will immediately be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken. We enthusiastically cooperate with any law-enforcement agency investigating child pornography.

5)Provides content involving the impersonation of another, the threat of suicide or harm to oneself or others, bestiality (sex, actual or pretend, with animals) or necrophilia (sex, actual or pretend, with a corpse);
The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 (21 years in some locales), and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement and consents to the viewing of adult material without being in violation of any local laws.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and MYHDJAV.COM regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by MYHDJAV.COM to Subscribers.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or otherwise relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms and Conditions. The parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the UK. Exclusive venue for any litigation or arbitration permitted under this Agreement shall be with the state and federal courts located in the UK.
Although we are not subject to United States law, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Pursuant to Title 17, Section 512©(2) of the United States Code, if you believe that any of your copyrighted material is being infringed on the Website, we have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement.
